About Us Powers Landscaping at Whistling Cove is a picturesque facility set in the rolling hills The founder, Scott Powers, began his early years in the family greenhouse business called “Harpeth Valley Hardware and The Greenhouse Emporium“, located in nearby Franklin. It was during those years that Scott acquired a hands-on approach to what aesthetically completes a home - landscaping that appears to have been there for years, in other words, the art of naturalization. Many homes benefit tremendously from a well-planned landscape plan; financially as an asset for selling but more importantly, the tranquility and satisfaction each homeowner experiences from utilizing this type of service. What could be more relaxing than sitting in your own oasis surrounded by beautiful perennials, mature trees container plantings and perhaps the sound of a nearby trickling water garden, all softly lit at the night by original copper lighting.
